These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Qensa USDC Giveaway Campaign. By entering the campaign, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least eighteen years old at the time of entry. The campaign is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Qensa Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter the campaign, participants must complete all of the following actions during the campaign period.

1. Create a Qensa account.

2. Design and customize their Qensa page with reasonable effort and original content.

3. Share their Qensa page publicly on X and tag the official Qensa account in the post.

4. Add their Qensa page as their link in bio on X.

Entries that do not meet all requirements may be disqualified at Qensa's sole discretion.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign begins on the date of the official announcement and ends at 11:59 PM PST on December 16, 2024. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners

Two winners will be selected by Qensa based on compliance with the entry requirements and the demonstrated effort and creativity shown in the design of their Qensa page. Qensa reserves the right to determine eligibility and selection in its sole discretion. All decisions made by Qensa regarding the campaign are final and binding.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive 100 USDC. Prizes will be delivered via cryptocurrency transfer to a wallet address provided by the winner. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their wallet address is compatible with USDC transfers. Qensa is not responsible for lost, incorrect, or incompatible wallet information provided by the winner.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified through direct message on X or via email if provided. If a winner does not respond within seven days of initial contact, Qensa may select an alternate winner at its sole discretion.

7. Publicity

By entering the campaign, participants grant Qensa the right to use their name, Qensa page, social media handle, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Compliance and Disqualification

Participants must comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. Qensa reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

1. Fails to meet eligibility requirements.

2. Does not follow entry rules.

3. Provides false information.

4. Engages in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate conduct.

Qensa may disqualify any entry for any reason at its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qensa is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, delays, or failures that may affect participation. Qensa is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of the prize. Participants assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency transfers, including but not limited to network failures, incorrect wallet addresses, or market fluctuations.

10. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations associated with receiving the prize. Qensa does not provide tax advice.

11. Modification or Termination

Qensa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any factor outside Qensa's control that interferes with the administration or integrity of the campaign.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and will be handled in accordance with Qensa's Privacy Policy.
